On the basis of blind assessment of the men in power, if the practice of engage showing of fake respect to the special catagorised men keeping them in queue of honored men is observed,then really the social potentiality of that state is losing it’s live. Even that state is economically powerful, at one time the patterns of political, social and quality change has reduced deu to the lack of cultural revolutionary. The leadership barrier is visible. Indeed, the new generation rises once with the cultural influence of globalization through the glamor of realization . And then, from the dark ages, it is seen to prepare for change
